Going into their 11th year, Reverb Tap Company is casting serious, talented, accountable, kind, compassionate, eager, and committed tap dancers. The company has three divisions that cater to intermediate to pre-professional dancers, ranging from ages 9 through young adult. Reverb takes pride in nurturing artistic growth, providing professional opportunities, and creating an inclusive, family-like atmosphere. Reverb is committed to helping dancers thrive both individually and within an ensemble. The 2025-2026 company season starts at the end of September 2025. ​Reverb welcomes out-of-town and out-of-state tap dancers to apply; however, please note that a strong commitment to traveling to Southern California (Los Angeles/Orange County) for rehearsals is required. Rehearsals occur on Sundays, averaging 2-4 times a month, and last several hours.

Reverb is flexible and accommodating with studio and competition/convention schedules. Please note that Reverb is an independent, non-competitive, performance-focused tap dance company and is not affiliated with or partnered with any dance studio.

This is your moment to shine- both as a solo artist and as part of an inspiring ensemble. At Reverb, they're proud to cultivate an environment where dancers thrive. Their artists have gone on to become YoungArts and Music Center Spotlight Winners, earn scholarships to various dance festivals/events, gain acceptance into prestigious programs like Jacob’s Pillow, and grow as emerging choreographers and teachers. Reverb is more than a company- they’re a launchpad for the next generation of tap dance artists.

Reverb Artists participate in the following:

• Train in a professional environment: artistry, technique, choreography, music theory, and improvisation 

• Learn company repertoire set by Artistic Director, Leah Silva and Associate Co-Director, Mary Thomas

• Professional media projects

• Perform at local & destination events

• Learn choreography set by master guest choreographers

• Work with leading industry artists in several other dance genres

• Study and learn historical tap dance repertoire 

• Study the rich history of tap dance in-depth 

• Teaching, choreography, & artist mentorship

• Intimate company master classes

• Attend tap dance festivals and special dance events

If you’re interested in auditioning for Reverb Tap Company, please complete the audition form below by August 18th, 2025. Be sure to include a link to you tap dancing. The video does not need to be professionally recorded, but it must feature you tap dancing solo (no group work accepted)— either with music or a cappella, and should be at least 90 seconds long. The video should showcase your performance quality, technique and personality.

After your submission is received, the company will be in touch with results and any details regarding next steps.
